Accounting Statistics Company (ASC), Inc. is a 58 year old family owned and privately held full service payroll preparation and payroll tax filing and payment service.
Founded on values and service principles still in effect today by President Jack Berkule in 1947, ASC was created with the intention of designing payroll procedures and payroll reports that would fulfill the requirements of all federal, state and local tax authorities.In the process of planning such payroll procedures, it was necessary to consider the ease of communication between client and the service organization. Jack tackled this issue and the result was a very simple and efficient payroll preparation system.
