In 1995, Broadway Kitchens & Baths began its New York Times advertising campaign with the question: "I want to redo my kitchen … where do I start?" This was done because, after listening to people walking through our door, it was evident that the consumer was not getting proper information to make an informed decision. The decision process does not have to feel overwhelming. In 1998, we expanded our campaign to include the bathroom as well: "I want to redo my bathroom … where do I start?" The answer was the same: Broadway Kitchens & Baths.
