Charles R. Schwartzapfel, AIA is a Registered Architect and a Licensed General Contractor. Since 1985, he has designed and/or built over 2 million square feet of high end residential, corporate and retail environments, along with several hospitality and educational projects. His designs have won 7 National Awards, including two First Place awards in the Millennium Design Competition. He has been published in several International Design Magazines, most recently, Women's Day Magazine, published the first place winning Master Bathroom renovation as well as the kitchen & family room for the same residence.
