We have just celebrated our fifth anniversary and to launch it we had a great black tie dinner event at New York's Waldorf Astoria hotel. This dinner was held to aid a charitable organization in Ireland called The COPE Foundation and the evening turned out to a great success. Under the banner of 'The Night of the Stars' we honored guests from the world's of business, sport and entertainment. The night kicked off with our emcee, the anchorman from Fox Television's 'Good Day New York', Jim Ryan, followed by the best in entertainment. The event began with a great jazz band, the Ken Foley Trio, who played at the cocktail hour followed by the NYPD Emerald Pipe band leading the guests into the ballroom for dinner.
