| MKC produces good paddlers. We are proud to say we paddle on an intermediate body of water. The Hudson River offers strong currents, wind & waves and a very busy waterway. Our focus is based on incorporating the entire body in your paddling. Using the "core" to generate power and utilizing the lower body for extra control and strength yields good boat handling skills and a strong forward stroke. |
