At Manhattan Tae Kwon Do, we strive to give students more than self-defense skills. In a modern, comprehensive approach to the martial arts, we use positive reinforcement, respect, and discipline to move our students to a marked improvement in skill level and overall fitness. Through fun and demanding classes, we emphasize individual progress as well as self-improvement. We offer martial arts instruction in Manhattan for adults and children ages 4 and up, and each program is specifically designed to meet the age appropriate needs of the students.
