Manhattan : Government : N Y State - Veterans' Affairs DIV Of, Benefits Counseling, VA Medical Center
The New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs was created in 1945 as part of the Executive Department to assist veterans, members of the armed forces, their families, and their dependents in securing benefits earned through military service. For more than half a century, the division has been a strong advocate for veterans and veteran issues at the local, state, and national level. Although we are one of New York's smallest agencies, our constituents represent nearly one fourth of the state population.
