This is an adage Santa Cruz holds close to her heart. A native New Yorker, Santa Cruz began her career with Glemby International before opening her first Manhattan salon in 1982. She expanded in 1993, moving to her current location at 66 Madison Avenue. In 1996, Santa opened a second Manhattan location at 11 Madison Avenue. In addition to her work as Creative Director of the two Santa Cruz Salons, Santa has worked on hair and make-up for numerous print photo shoots, videos and fashion shows. She has worked extensively with Perma of Paris and Revlon as an educator. A certified hair colorist, Santa is also certified by Revlon in using Arosci Relaxers.
