Our firm is engaged in the general practice of law, handling a variety of legal matters for our clients. Our firm specializes in two unique areas of practice. One is Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Contested Estate Litigation. The other is Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation and Real Estate.In the Bankruptcy area, the firm handles Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and small business Chapter 11 cases. Unlike some firms which have paralegals do the paperwork and per diem attorneys cover hearings, at Siegel & Siegel all matters are handled by the partners, from beginning to end. For Chapter 7 cases we charge $1500, paid in two installments, which includes all filing fees and the preparation of all papers and the trustee meeting. Only additional matters which arise in certain cases will cost extra. Chapter 13 cases are handled similarly.
