Umanoff & Parsons Bakery has been serving the specialty food community since 1977. We use only ‘clean’ ingredients, meaning we do not use preservatives, bleached flour or hydrogenated oils in our desserts (unless otherwise specified). All of our cakes, pies, and tarts are certified Tablet K Kosher Dairy.
